just when i thought im done with oral exams ever since secondary school.. the news of VIVA (it's a one-to-one oral test with the lecturer on general chem knowledge based on the experiments done) was thrown upon me. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! what's more.. it's not a test on your oral skills.. it was a test of your knowledge on the experiments done in the lab! what makes it worse is that the tester is FWY! damn it. all i could do was to pray that he dun remember that i was his target of birding last week (JUST COS I STOOD ON THE METAL BAR THING ON THE LAB STOOL AT THE BOTTOM SO THAT I COULD READ THE READING ON THE AUTO-BURETTE AS I WAS TOO SHORT) haha. anyways, dun think he remember lar. but the moment i stepped into the lab.. i felt faint! haha over-exagerating a bit lar.. but seriously im nervous lar. joshua said i look like im gg to vomit! hahahaha. den he went in first.. and he said.. DIE! he said he just kept saying he dunno. until FWY ask him what he know. den after he came back he seems to be in a state of shock. just sat there and do nothing. hahahaha. den soon my turn, also DIE! sighs. i also kept saying i dunno and i kept smiling at him. haha. that man's presence is just too intimidating lar! grr. whatever it is, im glad it's over.. though i still have another one with another lecturer a few weeks from now. if we think rationally, viva is good in a way.. cos it really tests you on what you know. but the sad thing is, im irrational.there's another written test next week.. which is a higher standard of the questions asked today, or so i heard. tsk tsk.LAB IS SOOOOOO STRESSFUL!
