shall start a new post cos they're two total different things.and so.... i went back to school today to meet my potential future supervisors.was supposed to meet two initially.. but last minute got one more prof who said he cant meet me next week cos he'll be on vacation for a month.. so i gotta squeeze time in to meet him. sheesh.wanted to meet the prof whose project im most interested in first. i made an appointment with him at 2.15pm. i called his office around that time.. but nobody picked up! continued waiting for another 15minutes.. still not in his office. TSKKK. and cos i have two more pple to meet.. one scheduled at 3.30pm. i was tight for time lar. end up i called the 3.30pm one to ask her if i could see her earlier.. luckily she's nice enough to agree. i think she's nice from the short 15-minute talk. she told me the ang moh prof from a star is a "pretty nice". hmm. and she said she'll arrange for a meeting with the prof at a star.. but i saw my email just now.. that guy isnt in singapore.. heng arhhh. haha. after talking to her.. i went to meet the last minute prof. i totally couldnt understand his english. tsk tsk. and he din give a good impression during the short 5-minute talk. so he's out. then i kept calling the other prof to see if he's back at his office. and finally at 4pm.. he called me backkkkk. piangg. and so i went to meet him. he gives me the TCH feeling.. slightly different though. he's pretty chatty.. but i still feel he's the bo chup kind. and he asked me many questions which i dunno how to answer. his first few questions went like "are you a MOE scholar?" NO. "did you take urops?" errrrrr.... NO. "what do you wanna do after you graduate?"... WORK? haha. oh man. but ok lar. then talk a bit more about the projects. he wanted to ask his graduate to talk to me.. but she wasnt in the lab. den he was scrolling through the list in his desk phone.. and he said.. "oh wow.. you called me 10 times." hahaha. feel so paiseh. he ended off asking me another duh question. "are you hardworking?" inside my heart was like.. "siao. how to answer this kind of question. trick question! must be careful" hahaha. i paused and i said.. "hmmmm. sometimes i do" i dun wanna bluff him you see. hahaha. den he.. "HAHAHAHA.. some times......" i din want to leave a bad impression. so i said "well.... ok.. MOST OF THE TIME" and he... "HAHAHAHAHA. that's better" =.= *sweats*im at a dilemma leh. dunno which one to choose. dr emelyn tan feels like a good boss. and to work at a star is a good opportunity. but it's interdisciplinary and i lack physics knowledge. the other project.. im still interested.. but the prof.. is like ok only. not that he's bad lar.. but maybe not as good loh. how arhhhhhh. meet them liao i still dunno how. on the way to east coast park.. i saw my last sem fav lab TA on the bus. and we started talking lar. must be surprise i din hide right.. haha. cannot lar.. same bus. and maybe cos i can get along with ATs. haha. but he's very sweet.. forever 把女朋友挂在嘴边.. lol. den he say seldom got girls wanna do organic.. cos very tiring. and since you all just want get a bachelor.. can just choose to do sth simple. haha. sounds good.this is a long and lor soh post i know. haha.
